ORDER & DELIVERY

Can I adjust my order?

If you need to change anything in your order, e.g. your delivery adress or the colour of the product, please contact us at support@newgendistribution.com as soon as possible and we will be happy to adjust your order.

 

We know you need your products fast. As soon as you have placed the order, we’re on it! Therefore, if we have already shipped your order and something went wrong, it is, of course, possible to send your order back to us. More information about the return process can be found under the section RETURN & REFOUND.

Did my order go through?

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address stated in the order. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before you receive the order confirmation.

 

If you have checked your spam mail and waited 24 hours and still have not received the confirmation email, please contact us at support@newgendistribution.com, and we will investigate this.

How long is the delivery time?

Our goal is always to have your order delivered as fast as possible. Therefore, our delivery time is 1-3 workdays.

Where will my order be delivered?

The parcel will be delivered to your nearest pickup point. You will get notified by email or sms when your order is ready for pickup!

I did not receive all the products I ordered

We apologize for the inconvenience! If you only received parts of your order, first compare what you received with what is on your order confirmation.

 

If you have not received all your products or have received the wrong products, please let us know which products are missing by emailing support@newgendistribution.com.

RETURN & REFUND

What is your return policy?

You have the right to return one or more products for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

For your return to be approved, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received
  • The product should be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers
  • The product is not a hygiene item as these cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons (e.g. face masks)

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

The products are manufactured to meet our high-quality standards. In addition, the products are also covered by our warranty against any manufacturing defects.

If a manufacturing defect is found, we will be happy to repair or replace your product, including all delivery charges. A manufacturing defect is defined as any fault in the product’s materials or workmanship, which is present at time of receipt. The warranty is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

 

The following conditions are not classed as manufacturing defects, and will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty:

  • Accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • General product misuse/abuse

How long does it take to get the refund?

After we have approved your return, it usually takes 1-5 business days for the amount to be refunded to your account. The amount automatically goes back to the account used for payment.

I have received a damaged item. What do I do?

If you have received a delivery containing a damaged item, we apologize for that!

 

Please contact us by sending us an email at support@newgendistritbuion.com, and we will make sure to help you as fast as we can.

 

Include the following when contacting us:

  • A photo of the damaged product.
  • Your order number or the email address you used when you placed the order.

What are the freight costs?

For orders above 1000 SEK/100 EUR – free of charge

For orders under 1000 SEK/100 EUR – a fee of 39 SEK/4 EUR

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to these Nordic countries – Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
